About the Doctor

Daniel G. Very, D.M.D., M.D.S.

Dr. Daniel Very is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He received a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988. Following a residency program in advanced general dentistry at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center of Pittsburgh, Dr. Very entered a private dental practice and joined the faculty of the University of Pittsburgh as an instructor of Oral Medicine and Oral Diagnosis. In 1994, he completed a 3-year orthodontic specialty training program and received his orthodontic certificate and his Master of Dental Science degree.

Dr. Very is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the International Association for Orthodontics.

Dr. Very and his wife, Laura, have been married for 30 years and have three children, Ryan, Brad and Sarah.
